Exceeded Storage Limit on Your Mailbox Error in Virginia Tech Exchange Account

Question:
When I check my Virginia Tech Exchange account, I receive a message saying "You have exceeded the storage limit on your mailbox. Delete some mail from your mailbox or contact your system administrator to adjust your storage limit." I cannot send email or save drafts of messages.
Answer:

You have reached your quota on the Exchange server. Your Exchange account has a storage limit of 200 MB. For more information, refer to the Exchange Mailbox Management page.
