How can I create an organizational chart in Microsoft Office 2007/2010?

Answer:

  1. Start Word.
  2. Select the Insert tab.
  3. In the Illustrations group, click the SmartArt button.
  4. In the Choose a SmartArt Graphic window, in the left pane, select Hierarchy.
  5. Select the organization chart layout you want.
  6. Click OK.
  7. Click in a shape in the SmartArt graphic and type the text you want.
