- If you have this problem in Adobe Acrobat, Firefox, Internet Explorer, Outlook, Word, or other programs, disable printing to file. To do this:
- Open the document you want to print.
- From the File drop-down list, select Print....
- Clear the Print to file check box.
- Click OK.
