Prompted to Save File when Printing a Document in Windows

Question:
When I try to print a document in Windows, I am prompted to save a file. My printer does nothing. How can I print the document?
Answer:
If you have this problem in Adobe Acrobat, Firefox, Internet Explorer, Outlook, Word, or other programs, disable printing to file. To do this:
  1. Open the document you want to print.
  2. From the File drop-down list, select Print....
  3. Clear the Print to file check box.
  4. Click OK.
