Addressing Envelopes in Word for Windows

How do I address envelopes in Word for Windows?
Answer:
  1. Start Word.
  2. Select the Mailings tab.
  3. In the Create group, click the Envelopes button.
  4. Select the Envelopes tab.
  5. Type or select the delivery address.
    • In the Delivery address: text box, type the address to which you want to send the envelope.
    • To select an address from your address book:
      1. To the right of Delivery address:, click the Insert Address icon.
      2. Under Address Book, from the drop-down list, select the address book or contact list you want to use.
      3. Select the appropriate contact.
      4. Click OK.
  6. Type or select the return address.
    • In the Return address: text box, type your return address.
    • To select an address from your address book:
      1. To the right of Return address:, click the Insert Address icon.
      2. Under Address Book, from the drop-down list, select the address book or contact list you want to use.
      3. Select the appropriate contact.
      4. Click OK.
  7. Click the Options... button.
  8. Select the Envelope Options tab.
  9. From the Envelope size: drop-down list, select the envelope size you want.
  10. If you want to choose the font you want for the delivery address, under Delivery address, click the Font... button.
  11. If you want to choose the font you want for the return address, under Return address, click the Font... button.
  12. Select the Printing Options tab.
  13. Under Feed method, click the icon corresponding to the feed method your printer supports.
  14. Click OK.
  15. Click the Print button.
