- At the far right of the taskbar, right-click the time.
- From the drop-down list, select Adjust date/time.
- In Windows XP, select the Date & Time tab.
- In Windows Vista/7:
- Select the Date and Time tab.
- Click the Change date and time... button.
- In Vista, click the Continue button.
- To change the date, from the calendar on the left, select a different date.
- To change the time, under the clock, use the spin box to change the time.
- Click OK.
- In Vista/7, click OK.
