- I use Junk Mail Manager (JMM) and did not receive an e-mail message that I know was sent to me.How do I find this message?

If you fail to receive legitimate mail that you know has been sent:
- Use the JMM interface at the VT Junk Mail Manager Web site (http://junk.mail.vt.edu/) to verify that the mail is not there.
- Check your e-mail forwarding settings.Refer to Turning On or Off Forwarding From Your VT Mail Account (http://answers.vt.edu/kb/entry/1870/) to verify that you are not forwarding your mail.
- Ask to have the e-mail resent to you.
