- Click the Start button.
- Select My Computer.
- From the Tools menu, select Folder Options....
- Select the View tab.
- If cleared, place a check in the Use simple file sharing (Recommended) check box.
- If checked, clear the Use simple file sharing (Recommended) check box.
- Click the Apply button.
- Click OK.
