- Answer:
- Start Entourage.
- From the Tools menu, select Accounts.
- Select the News tab.
- Click the New button.
- In the Account Name text box, type: news.vt.edu
- From the E-mail Account drop-down list, select your mail account.
- In the Organization text box, type: Virginia Tech
- In the News Server text box, type: news.vt.edu
- Click OK.
- Close the Accounts window.
- From the list on the left, select news.vt.edu.
Note: If you have never set up a news account in Entourage, click the Receive button.
- For each group to which you want to subscribe:
- Select the newsgroup to which you want to subscribe.
- Click the Subscribe button.
