- Start Entourage.
- From the Tools drop-down list, select Accounts.
- Select the News tab.
- Click the New icon.
- If the Account Setup Assistant window appears, click the Configure Account Manually button.
- In the Account name: text box, type: news.vt.edu
- From the E-mail account: drop-down list, select your email account.
- In the Organization: text box, type: Virginia Tech
- In the News server: text box, type: news.vt.edu
- Click OK.
- Close the Accounts window.
- In the left column, select news.vt.edu.
- If prompted, click the Receive button.
- For each group to which you want to subscribe:
- Select the newsgroup.
- At the top of the window, click the Subscribe icon.
