WebDrive Folder Is Blank When Connecting to Your Filebox or Web Hosting Site

Question:
When I try to connect to my filebox or hosting site using WebDrive, my drive folder in blank. What should I do?

Answer:

You have entered your PID or password incorrectly. To fix this problem:

  1. In your WebDrive folder window: Under Folders, right-click your WebDrive folder.
  2. Select Disconnect.
  3. Close all windows.
  4. Double-click the WebDrive icon on your system tray.
  5. Try to connect to your filebox or hosting site again.
