The header information of an e-mail message details the path a message takes to get from one computer to another. To view this information:
- Start Outlook.
- From the Go menu, select Mail.
- Right-click the e-mail message for which you want to view the headers.
- View the e-mail message's options:
- In Outlook 2003: From the drop-down list, select Options....
- In Outlook 2007: From the drop-down list, select Message Options....
- To the right of Internet Headers:, the header information will be listed.
