- How do I create a shortcut to Internet Native Banner on my desktop using Internet Explorer for Windows XP/Vista/7?

- Start Internet Explorer.
- Go to the Internet Native Banner page (http://www.computing.vt.edu/content/internet-native-banner).
- Under Production Internet Native Banner, right-click the link of the instance for which you want to create a shortcut.
- Copy the shortcut.
- In Windows XP/Vista, select Copy Shortcut.
- In Windows 7, select Copy shortcut.
- On your desktop, right-click an empty area.
- Paste the shortcut.
- In XP/Vista, select Paste Shortcut.
- In 7, select Paste shortcut.
- Right-click the shortcut icon.
- Select Rename.
- Type: Banner INB
- Press the Enter key.
