- To block a specific sender, enable and configure the Junk E-mail filter:
- Start Outlook.

- From the Go menu, select Mail.
- View your Inbox:
- In Outlook 2003: In the left pane, under All Mail Folders, select Inbox.
- In Outlook 2007: In the left pane, under Mail Folders, select Inbox.
- In your Inbox, right-click a message from the sender you want to filter.
- From the drop-down list, select Junk E-mail.
- Select Add Sender to Blocked Senders List.
- Click OK.
- To filter e-mail messages, create a rule to send all messages from a specific sender to your Junk E-mail folder:
- From the Go menu, select Mail.
- View your Inbox:
- In Outlook 2003: In the left pane, under All Mail Folders, select Inbox.
- In Outlook 2007: In the left pane, under Mail Folders, select Inbox.
- From the Tools menu, select Rules and Alerts....
- Click the New Rule... button.
- Under Step 1: Select a Template, under Stay Organized, select Move Messages From Someone to a Folder.
- Under Step 2: Edit the Rule Description (Click an Underlined Value), click the People or Distribution List link.
- In the From text box, type the e-mail address of the sender whose e-mails you want to send to your Junk E-mail folder.
- Click OK.
- Under Step 2: Edit the Rule Description (Click an Underlined Value), click the Specified link.
- Under Choose a Folder:, select Junk E-mail.
- Click OK.
- Click Next.
- Click Next.
- Click Next.
- Click Next.
- In the Step 1: Specify a Name for This Rule text box, type a name for the rule.
- Under Step 2: Setup Rule Options, place a check in the Run This Rule Now on Messages Already in "Inbox" check box.
- Click Finish.
