Changing Your Forgotten PID Password

Question:
I have forgotten my PID password. What should I do?

Answer:
Use your account recovery options to reset your password.
  1. Go to the Accounts (https://my.vt.edu/accounts/recover/) page.
  2. In the PID text box, type your Virginia Tech PID.
  3. In the Virginia Tech ID text box, type your Virginia Tech ID number.
  4. Click the Continue button.
  5. Select the account recovery option you want to use.
