Finding a Person's Exchange Email Address in WebOutlook (OWA)

Question:
How can I search for a person's Exchange email address in WebOutlook (OWA)?
Answer:
  1. If you are using Internet Explorer 11, before logging on, follow the directions at Using WebOutlook Full (OWA Premium) in Internet Explorer.
  2. Log on to WebOutlook with your Hokies ID and Hokies password.
  3. Depending on whether the full version or the light version of WebOutlook is used, use the address book by following the appropriate instructions below. For more information on the two versions of WebOutlook, see Differences in WebOutlook (OWA) Light and Full Versions.
    • If you are using the light version:
      1. At the top of the page, in the middle, in the Type here to search text box, type the contact's name or PID on which you want to search.
      2. To the right of the Type here to search text box, from the drop-down list, select Address Book.
      3. To the right of the drop-down list, click the Search icon.
      4. Under Name, click the link corresponding to the person's name. To the right of E-mail, the person's email address will be displayed.
    • If you are using the full version:
      1. At the top of the screen, to the left of the Options link, in the Find Someone text box, type the contact's name or PID on which you want to search.
      2. Press the Enter key. Below the text box, in a drop-down list, the full name and email address of all matching results will be displayed. You can click the up and down arrow icons to scroll the list.
