Important: You will need your Office 2000 CD to complete these instructions.
To install Office 2000:
- Insert your Office 2000 CD into your computer's CD drive.
Note: If AutoPlay does not run automatically:
- Open your computer's properties.
- In Windows XP, click the Start button, and select My Computer.
- In Windows 2000, on your desktop, double-click the My Computer icon.
- Double-click your CD drive.
- Double-click the setup.exe file.
- Click the Add or Remove Features button.
- From the Microsoft Outlook for Windows drop-down list, select Run from My Computer.
- Click the Update Now button.
- Click OK.
- Configure Outlook to check your mail.
