How can I locate and restore a file from my Network-Attached Storage (NAS) space in Mac OS X?

  2. In the NAS space, locate the file that you want to recover. For instructions, see Finding Files or Folders in Mac OS X v10.5/10.6/10.7/10.8.
  3. Drag the file or folder from the NAS folder window to the a location on your storage device.
