- Click the Folder Options link.
- Select the View tab.
- Choose whether to display or conceal hidden files and folders.
- In XP/Vista:
- If you want to display hidden files and folders, select the Show hidden files and folders radio button.
- If you want to conceal hidden files and folders, select the Do not show hidden files and folders radio button.
- In 7:
- If you want to display hidden files and folders, select the Show hidden files, folders, and drives radio button.
- If you want to conceal hidden files and folders, select the Don't show hidden files, folders, or drives radio button.
- Click OK.
