Important: Before you can add an Exchange server profile in Outlook 2007, you must have an Exchange account. For detailed instructions, refer to the
Exchange page

To add an Exchange profile:
- Start Outlook.
- Under the Tools menu, select Account Settings....
- Click the New... button.
- Click the Add button.
- Select the Microsoft Exchange, POP3, IMAP, or HTTP radio button.
- Click Next.
- In the Your Name text box, type your Hokies ID.
- In the E-mail Address text box, type your Exchange e-mail address.
- In the Password: text box, type your PID password.
- In the Retype Password: text box, retype your PID password.
- Click Next.
Note: A new window Configuring will open that will check your settings.
- After your settings are configured, click Finish.
- Click the Close button.
