- Answer:

- If you receive this error message occasionally, it means the terminal server is full, and there are too many computers already connected. If this is the case, try to connect again at another time.
- If you receive this error message every time you try to connect, your computer is configured to disable call waiting using the *70 feature. To fix this:
- From the Start menu, select Control Panel, and then select Network Connections.
Note: If using Vista, select the Network and Sharing Center, then select the Manage Network Connections option.
- Right-click your modem pool connection and select Properties.
- Place a check in the Use Dialing Rules check box.
- Click the Dialing Rules button.
- Select your modem pool connection.
- Click the Edit button.
- Clear the To Disable Call Waiting, Dial check box.
- From the To Disable Call Waiting, Dial text box, delete "*70".
- Click OK.
- In the Phone and Modem Options window, click OK.
- In the Dial-up Connection Properties window, click OK.
