- In the first Contains text box, type the name that appears in the From field of the messages you want to delete.
- Under Action, click the first empty drop-down list.
- From the drop-down list, select Transfer To.
- Click the In button.
- From the drop-down list, select Trash.
- Close the Filters window.
- Click the Yes button.
