You will need to grant other users permission to access folders such as your Inbox, Calendar, and Sent Items.
- If your folder list is not open:
- Click on Go.
- Click on Folder List.
- Open your folder's properties.
- In Outlook 2003, right-click the folder you want to share, and select Sharing.
- In Outlook 2007, right-click the folder you want to share, and select Properties.
- Select the Permissions tab.
- Click on the Add... button.
- From the Name list, select the person to whom you want to assign access.
- Click on the Add... button.
- Click OK.
- From the Permission Level: drop-down list, select the level of access you want the person to have.
- Click Apply.
- Click OK.
