- Under Browsing history, click the Delete... button.
- Clear the Preserve Favorites website data check box.
- Place a check in the Temporary Internet files check box.
- Place a check in the Cookies check box.
- Place a check in the History check box.
- Place a check in the Download History check box.
- Place a check in the Form data check box.
- Place a check in the Passwords check box.
- Place a check in the ActiveX Filtering and Tracking Protection data check box.
- Click the Delete button.
- Click OK.
- Close all windows.
- Restart your computer.
