How can I change my signature for email messages in Outlook 2003?

To change your email signature:
  1. From the Tools drop-down list, select Options....
  2. Select the Mail Format tab.
  3. Click the Signatures... button.
  4. Create or modify a signature.
    • To create a new signature:
      1. Click the New... button.
      2. In the 1. Enter a Name for Your New Signature: text box, type a name for the signature.
      3. Under 2. Choose How to Create Your Signature:, select the Start with a Blank Signature radio button.
      4. Click Next.
      5. Under Signature Text, in the text box, type the signature you want to use.
      6. Click Finish.
      7. Click OK.
    • To modify an existing signature:
      1. Under Signature:, from the list, select the signature you want to modify.
      2. Click the Edit... button.
      3. Under Signature Text, in the text box, make the changes you want.
      4. Click OK.
  5. Click OK.
  6. From the Select Signatures for Account: drop-down list, select the account for which you want to change the signature.
  7. From the Signature for New Messages: drop-down list, select the signature you want to use for new messages.
  8. From the Signature for Replies and Forwards: drop-down list, select the signature you want to use for reply and forward messages.
  9. Click OK.
