Recipient Unavailable to Take Delivery Error in Outlook

Question:
When I try to send an email message to a person who uses Outlook, I receive a "The recipient was unavailable to take delivery of the message" error message.
Answer:

The person to whom you sent the email message has exceeded their Exchange storage quota. For more information on Exchange quotas, refer to the Exchange Mailbox Management page.
