Log on to Hokies Self-Service (http://selfservice.w2k.vt.edu/) with your Hokies ID and password.Select the My Exchange tab. Select Calendar-Only and click Create.Set your VT Mail account to forward to your new Exchange account.

Use the Hokies Self-Service page to create a Hokies account. Log on to Hokies Self-Service again. Select the My Exchange tab. From the Type of Exchange Mailbox drop-down list, select Calendar-Only. Click the Create button. Configure Outlook to connect to the Virginia Tech Exchange server.
