Set chapter titles to the same heading style and put the chapter titles in a Multilevel List. Right-click the picture to which you want to add a caption, select Insert Caption..., click the Numbering... button, select a number format, place a check in the Include Chapter Number check box, and from the Chapter Starts with Style drop-down list, select the heading style of the chapter titles.

Create a rule to delete messages that are to you, and create a rule to delete messages that are not to you. Arrange the order of the rules so that the rule checking for calendar forms is first.
