8:36 PM: All VDWS guests should now be running again. Some VDWS^ (next) guests may have experienced a reboot. In VDWS, network connectivity was affected for digger, pillar, snowcat and all their guests, but the guests OS should not have been interrupted. It would be a good idea to double check your guests to make sure they are functioning properly after the interruptions. As we review the data, we hope to give a post-mortem later this week.
3:50 PM: CCS continues to investigate the VDWS outage. They have traced the condition to loss of network connectivity with CNS.
4Help is receiving reports that people are unable to reach their VDWS servers. CCS is investigating the problem.
Distance learning scheduling software and remote access may also be affected.
