We are currently experiencing a system issue with our ROLM phone system. Several buildings are affected. CNS is working on the issue.
Communications Network Services is addressing an interruption of telephone service (involving one of the six campus switch centers) in the general area of Ambler-Johnston, Cassell Coliseum, Lee Hall, Southgate Center, and ‘Chicken Hill’ areas of campus.
The service interruption may manifest by campus-to-campus calls to offices in this area not being completed or no dial tone. Some offices may have phone service but not be able to reach PhoneMail, while others may not be able to place or receive any calls.
Engineers are on site. An update of the repair effort will be provided later today.
