Answer:
Open your Outlook properties.
In Outlook 2003:
On your desktop, right-click the
Microsoft Office Outlook
icon.
Select
Properties
.
In Outlook 2007:
Click the
Start
button, then click on the
Control Panel
.
In Classic view, click on
Mail
.
Click the
Show Profiles
button.
Select the profile you want to remove.
Click the
Remove
button.
To confirm, click the
Yes
button.
Click
OK
.
