1. Start Entourage.
2. From the Tools menu, select Accounts.
3. Select the News tab.
4. Click the New button.
5. In the Account Name text box, type: news.vt.edu
6. From the E-mail Account drop-down list, select your mail account.
7. In the Organization text box, type: Virginia Tech
8. In the News Server text box, type: news.vt.edu
9. Click OK.
10. Close the Accounts window.
11. From the list on the left, select news.vt.edu.
    Note: If you have never set up a news account in Entourage, click the Receive button.

12. For each group to which you want to subscribe:
    1. Select the newsgroup to which you want to subscribe.
    2. Click the Subscribe button.
